+How are cadences defined?

You define a cadence per lead type (cold, warm, inbound) in the admin panel: number of touches, days between touches, call-window hours, channel (call or call + email/WhatsApp). RYTMO runs it the same for the whole team.

+What happens when a lead has already replied or qualified?

It exits the cadence automatically and moves to the matching state (qualified, meeting booked, lost). The next step is up to your sales motion — RYTMO doesn't force actions beyond the cadence.

+Does it work for teams calling multiple countries?

Yes. You can configure local caller ID per region (assigning Aircall numbers per country) and call windows by timezone, so you don't call outside the lead's working hours. This typically improves connect rate in multi-country outbound.
